How Do I Subscribe?
Start at the Sybex Newsletter page and then follow these steps:

Type in the e-mail address you want the newsletter delivered to.

Click the Continue button below your e-mail address. A subscription registration page will appear.

Fill in your first and last name and zip code. Then select the mail format that you prefer.

Check the boxes next to the topics that interest you.

Click the Submit button. A page will appear to say that your Sybex Newsletter subscription request has been received.

Check your e-mail inbox. A message will arrive confirming your subscription. Sybex Newsletters will appear in your inbox whenever we have information to share with you about your topics of interest.

How Do I Unsubscribe?
If you're subscribed to the Sybex Newsletter and want to change your subscription in any way, start at the Sybex Newsletter page, and then follow these steps:

Type your e-mail address into the box where it is requested.

Click the Continue button below your e-mail address. A subscription management page will appear.

Click the box labeled "Unsubscribe From All" to unsubscribe completely, or uncheck the boxes beside individual topics that are no longer of interest to you.

Click the Update button.

Look in your e-mail inbox. A message will confirm that you've unsubscribed from the Sybex Newsletter.
What If I Change My E-mail Address?
If you change your e-mail address, start at the Sybex Newsletter page, and then follow these steps:

Type your old e-mail address into the box where it is requested.

Click the Continue button below your e-mail address. A subscription management page will appear.

Replace your old e-mail address with your new e-mail address.

Click the Update button.
When Will I Start Receiving the Sybex Newsletter?
Sybex Newsletters are delivered approximately once a month, as we develop new products and specials that we think will be of interest to you. After you subscribe to the Sybex Newsletter, your first delivery should arrive on the next scheduled delivery date.
My e-mail is appearing in a weird format I can't read. What is it?
You're probably receiving HTML-formatted messages, and your e-mail system probably isn't set up for that. To change your delivery format, start at the Sybex Newsletter page, and then follow these steps:

Type your e-mail address into the box where it is requested.

Click the Continue button below your e-mail address. A subscription management page will appear.

Select the option Text Format from the Mail Format drop-down box.

Click the Update button.
I'm not getting my Sybex Newsletter. Why might this happen? What can I do about it?
Delivery slip-ups can occur (not because we want them to). Internet mail bounces for one reason or another, or your e-mail box might be full (perhaps without your even knowing it!), or your Internet service provider may be experiencing technical difficulties. If you've checked into all those possibilities and don't see a solution, contact newsletter support for more help.
